In-Home Consultation – We'll visit your home to understand the space, take measurements, and discuss your lifestyle, priorities, and vision. This gives us everything we need to prepare your proposal.
Proposal – Following the consultation, we prepare a customized proposal outlining the scope of work and investment.
Project Kickoff – Once you're officially on board, we'll kick off your project with a planning meeting. Beforehand, you'll complete a short questionnaire, budget exercise, and inspiration guide so we can design with intention from day one.
Design Development – We'll thoughtfully curate layouts, finishes, furnishings, and materials into a cohesive design tailored to your home, lifestyle, and investment.
Design Presentation – We'll present your complete design, review every selection together, discuss estimated costs, and refine the details before moving into implementation.
Procurement & Project Coordination – Once approved, we'll handle ordering, coordinate with vendors and trades, and keep everything moving so you can enjoy the transformation—not manage it.
Final Reveal –We oversee the finishing touches and styling so your home is ready to be lived in and loved.

Documentation & Specifications – Delivery of finish schedules, spec sheets, and installation guidance formatted for your trades and superintendents.
Construction Support – As questions arise during construction, we're available to provide clarification, coordinate with trades, review submittals, and help resolve design-related issues before they become costly changes.
Project Completion – We remain available through final walkthroughs and punch-list items to ensure the design intent is carried through to completion.
