    • 2D elevations and scaled floor plans - Professional drawings to map out furniture placement, cabinetry design, hardware placement, and more.

    • Realistic 3D renderings - Photorealistic visuals that reflect exact finishes and true-to-scale dimensions. Optional video walk-through available.

    • Swatch box with samples of proposed materials like fabric, paint, and wallpaper so you can experience the textures and tones from the comfort of home.

    • Furniture, lighting, wall treatments, window treatments, and decor are all thoughtfully sourced to match your style and budget.

    This one-hour consultation is perfect for anyone seeking professional guidance without committing to a full design package. Whether you're refreshing a space or planning a future project, this session offers clarity and direction to help you move forward confidently.

    You’ll meet with Shelly, founder of Studio Saffron, for a relaxed yet productive conversation. We’ll walk through your space together, talk through your goals, and explore practical solutions tailored to your style and needs.

    This consultation is ideal if you are:

    • Looking for a fresh perspective on a specific room or area

    • Seeking quick advice on layout, furnishings, or finishes

    • Planning a future project and want to make informed decisions

    After our session, you'll receive a written summary of the key recommendations we discussed, along with suggested next steps to guide your implementation. You'll also receive a mini concept board to visually capture the design direction, including colors, materials, or style notes that reflect the ideas we covered.

    A focused initial call to understand you and your vision, priorities and all the fun details.

    We use this time to determine the right level of service and whether we’re the right fit for each other.

  • 2 / Consultation

    If we both feel like we’re a good fit during the discovery call we’ll schedule a 60 minute in person consultation where we walk your space together.

    This is a working session focused on evaluating the space and defining the direction forward.

  • 3 / Proposal

    Now comes the fun part. Within 2–3 days following your consultation, a custom proposal is prepared and delivered to your inbox outlining scope, rough timelines, deliverables, and next steps.

    We then schedule a time to review it together so you have a clear understanding before moving forward.

  • 4 / Project Kickoff

    We’re diving straight into your project.

    This is where we get clear on your goals, vision, and non-negotiables.

    We’ll align on budget, take detailed measurements, and review the timeline.

    From here, you can step back and enjoy the process.

  • 5 / Design Concept

    An initial concept board is presented.

    Materials, textures, and imagery come together to establish the overall direction of the space.

    This allows us to align on the vision before moving into the design details.

  • 6 / Design Developement

    The design is refined and fully realized.

    Layouts, materials, and selections are finalized, with detailed drawings prepared to guide the vision.

    We brig everything together for an in person presentation so you can see, feel, and take in all the detail.

  • 7 / Procurement

    We handle all sourcing, ordering, and coordination.

    Every piece is reviewed, managed, and held to our standards before it reaches your home.

  • 8 / Installation + Final Reveal

    Depending on the size of your project, installation can take 2-5 days.

    During this time, our team coordinates all trades, manages deliveries, and sets everything up in your home.
